ELIGIBILITY

•Players cannot turn 13 before May 1, 2026, or they are ineligible for the 12U division.
•Please have Birth Certificates available in case there is a question about a player's age.
•Players must have been a full-time player in the team's league during the current season.

•Six (6) inning maximum games.
•Pool play: no new inning will start after 1 hour and 45 minutes from the start of the game. The game is considered complete at the end of the inning being played when the 1:45 mark is reached, regardless of how many innings have been completed under the 6-inning max rule.
•Mercy rule: game ends with a 15-run lead after 3 innings, or a 10-run lead after 4 innings.
•Championship games will be played until a winner is declared and are under no time constraints.
•Ties in pool play are permitted.
•No run limit per inning.

•Each team is guaranteed 2 pool-play games.
•Weeknights: up to two games per field — 6:00–8:00 PM and 8:00–10:00 PM.
•Saturdays & weekends: 9:00 AM–10:00 PM in two-hour blocks.
•Games are spread across all available fields with no field double-booked. If more time slots are needed, the tournament may start a day earlier.

•Pool play: Home and Away teams are pre-set to be fair to both teams, with one away and one home game.
•Elimination bracket: the highest seed is the home team. (e.g., if 2 vs 3, the 2-seed is home.)
•For all games, dugout assignments do not matter.
•Players must remain in the dugout unless they are on deck.
•After the game, players/coaches must clean up the dugout area and exit the dugout and field immediately. Hold post-game meetings outside the field so the next teams can get into the dugout and warm up in the outfield.

•Pitchers can pitch no more than 6 innings per day, and 10 innings per tournament.
•One pitch thrown constitutes an inning pitched.
•Once a pitcher is removed from a game, he cannot return as a pitcher in that same game.
•A coach may warm up the pitcher.
•Courtesy runners are allowed for both the pitcher and catcher with two outs in the inning. The runner must be whoever made the last batted out (i.e., not someone who was thrown out trying to steal).

•Bunting is allowed. If a player squares to bunt, they cannot pull back and swing at the same pitch. If this occurs, the batter will be ruled out and a dead ball will be called.

•Two teams tied: head-to-head result determines the higher seed.
•Three teams tied (or head-to-head doesn't apply): use the following in order until the tie is broken.
◦Run differential among tied teams' games (capped at +/- 8 runs per game).
◦Fewest runs allowed among tied teams' games.
◦Most runs scored among tied teams' games.
◦Coin flip.

•Harassing of opposing players, coaches, or umpires will not be tolerated in any form. This rule applies equally to players, coaches, and fans. Unacceptable behavior includes, but is not limited to:
◦Rattling dugout screens.
◦Catchers talking to batters.
◦Taunting of any kind.
•If a player, coach, or spectator is ejected, he/she will not be permitted at the complex for the following game as well. It is the manager's responsibility to educate their team and spectators regarding this rule.
•Protests will NOT be allowed. The decisions of the umpires are final. This applies to all players, coaches, and spectators. This is a ZERO TOLERANCE RULE.
