Is Coaches Dream really free for coaches?
Yes. Creating teams, building rosters, posting your availability, sending and approving game offers, your team calendar, and team fundraising are all free, forever. You only pay when you organize at scale — hosting tournaments or running large leagues — or run a training facility with more than one cage and instructor.
What requires a paid plan?
Hosting and managing your own tournaments (brackets, registration, and payments) requires Pro. Leagues are free up to 6 teams; running a larger league requires Pro. Training facilities get 1 instructor and 1 batting cage free — additional cages and instructors are part of the Facilities plan.
Can players and teams join a paid tournament or league for free?
Absolutely. Registering for and playing in tournaments and leagues is always free. Only the organizer running the event needs a paid plan.
How much are extra facility cages and instructors?
Each additional batting cage or instructor beyond the free 1 + 1 is $5/month. Reach out and we'll set up your facility.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — plans are month-to-month and you can cancel anytime. Your free features always remain free.
