Why we built it
Anyone who has run a team knows the drill: a roster in one app, a schedule in another, scores in a third, volunteer sign-ups on a clipboard, and the real coordination happening in a group text nobody can keep up with. Multiply that across a league or a tournament and the work of organizing the game starts to crowd out the game itself.

A note from the founder
I started Coaches Dream the way most of these things start — out of frustration. As a volunteer coach and league board member, I spent more time wrestling spreadsheets and chasing replies than actually coaching. I figured if I was feeling it, every other coach, league, and parent was too.
So I built the tool I wished I had: one place that just handlesthe logistics, so the adults can focus on the kids and the kids can focus on the game. We're just getting started — and I'd love your feedback.
